Well well, if you’ve missed out on Zelda or simply waiting for your copy to come in; sit back, relax and join me as I go over this week’s releases for the eShop and DSiWare. Yep, that’s right, no WiiWare for you this week, well nothing new. Just a demo of NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits, if you haven’t checked it out yet, it’s quite good.
Nintendo eShop (3DS)
Double Dragon (Game Boy, $4.50) – The first version of the classic Double Dragon on a handheld. It’s not quite up to par as say the arcade version, but taking Billy and Jimmy in your pocket immediately makes you more manly. 6 out of 10 scientists confirm it.
Radar Mission (Game Boy, $4.50) – There’s a little bit of a theme with Nintendo’s classic Game Boy games. Take a classic game, add a little bit Nintendo magic and whammo. There you have it. Radar Mission is Battleships in a warm cozy Nintendo coating. Possibly it’s more fun than the mini-game in Steel Diver. Possibly.
DSiWare
Delbo (Neko, DSiWare 200 Points, eShop $3.00) It looks a lot like Bust-A-Move, plays like it too. It’s also probably better than Bust-A-Move Universe which came out for $50 here in Australia. Three dollars gets you in.
Remember you’ve got until July 7th to get 3D Classics Excitebike for free.
But I’m sure you’re all too busy playing The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, right folks? Funny story that…
