Unlike the main characters, Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike‘s mysterious Rorschach-esque fighter never got the 3D treatment.
Poor Q always remained a 2D sprite and he’s never appeared in any of Capcom’s newer games, either. So modder Pior Oberson thought it’d be a good idea to make a slick 3D version, with a similar art style to SFIV.
You can find a lot more pics over here (via Shoryuken). This could even be a great custom model for Street Fighter V!

Makes me think of inspector gadget
Man, I really hope Q gets into Street Fighter 5 eventually. He’d make a perfect fit for the storyline (particularly when it bridges the gap between Street Fighter 4 and 3), and his movements and playstyle were quite unique.
Pior also got Alex up and running in SF4 a while back too.
