Always bouncing between flights and meetings? No one with a laptop bag and a deadline has time to faff around with parking.

Luckily, Melbourne Airport has onsite parking options that keep it simple so you can get in, get out, and get on with it. Here are some tips to help you get the most out of onsite parking at Tullamarine for your next work trip.

Park Close to Your Terminal and Save Those Steps

In business travel, every minute counts. Choose the right car park and you’re off to a good start.

If you’re flying Qantas, Virgin Australia, or overseas, park near Terminals 1, 2, and 3. For Jetstar, Rex, and Link Airways passengers, opt for parking options near Terminal 4.

Premium Self Park gets you even closer for even more convenience, with undercover parking on Level 1 of both the Terminal T123 car park and Terminal T4 car park, so you’re not sprinting through the rain in a suit.

Take Advantage of Tullamarine’s Corporate Parking Program

If you’re flying in and out often, Melbourne Airport’s Corporate Parking Program is worth a look. They offer 15% off drive-up rates for Terminal, Premium Self Park, and Premium Valet options, plus access cards you can distribute to your team.

It also includes a monthly itemised billing, which means no more random receipts crumpled in your bag. It’s the parking equivalent of business class, and once you try it, there’s no going back.

Book Online Like a Pro

Drive-up rates? Rookie move. Booking online can save you a tidy sum on Melbourne Airport parking, and you can do it up to 12 months in advance.

All you need is your entry and exit times, pick your car park, and you’re set. You’ll get a QR code to scan at the boom gates to enter and exit, so keep it handy to avoid holding up the queue while digging through emails.

Add Overstay Guarantee

Flights run late. Meetings run over. Melbourne Airport’s Overstay Guarantee is your insurance policy against those curveballs.

For a small upfront fee, you’re covered for certain delays like cancelled flights or illness. If you end up staying longer for one of the approved reasons, those extra charges get refunded. Think of it as paying a little now so you’re not cursing at the exit machine later.

Choose Valet If You’re Cutting It Fine

Premium Valet parking can save you a few precious minutes. Book ahead, then simply pull in to the fully undercover area, hand over the keys, and enjoy exceptional service with 24/7 availability before walking straight to check-in.

Running late or just want to keep it simple? Qantas Valet on Level 1 of the Terminal T123 car park is open to all travellers. Extras like car cleaning are also available.

Park Smart, Fly Smarter

Whether you’re clocking up flights weekly or just heading interstate for a big pitch, a few smart moves can save time, cash, and hassle. Melbourne Airport has options to suit every business flyer’s style, from the budget-friendly Value Car Park to Terminal and Premium options for those after convenience.

Sort your parking, and the rest of the trip feels that little bit easier.
